Patrick Meyers is an owner and currently serves as Managing Director, Member of the Board of Directors, and Chief Legal Officer for Consumer Capital Partners, the parent company of Quiznos. He is a principal and member of the Boards of Quiznos and Smashburger, a new venture created by CCP.
Since joining Quiznos in 1993 when the chain had 40 outlets, Pat has served as a member of the Board as well as holding senior operating executive positions with various responsibilities, including serving as the head of Legal, Finance, Administration, IT and HR. Today Quiznos is the 2nd largest sandwich QSR chain in the U.S. with over 4,000 franchised restaurants and a wholly owned food distribution system.
A graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of California’s Hastings School of Law, Pat clerked for the Hon. Justice William Erickson of the Colorado Supreme Court, and thereafter was an attorney with Moye Giles in Denver where he specialized in franchise, appellate, and transactional law. For two years, Pat served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for criminal and prior to law school served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service.
Pat devotes time to entrepreneurial ventures through his company, PEM Enterprises and serves as a trustee for the University of California (Hastings) 1066 Foundation and is a member of the advisory board of the Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
